Wesley Clark has over ten years of experience in managing and conducting audits of not-for-profit organizations, government contractors, small and medium-sized businesses, and local governments. As the Director of Audit and Management Accounting, he supervises the assurance services, including audits, compilations, and reviews, performed by the firm. He has conducted in-house training seminars for staff on accounting and auditing issues in addition to being a guest speaker at his alma mater, James Madison University, the Battlefield Chapter of the Virginia Society of CPAs, and for the McLean Chamber of Commerce. As both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner, he has conducted reviews of internal controls and performed fraud investigations for multiple entities.
Prior to joining Frank & Company, p.c. in 2012, Wes was an audit manager and director for Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates in Fredericksburg, Virginia. His experience at that firm included planning, supervising, and conducting audits of not-for-profit organizations, and audits for counties, cities and towns and authorities, boards, and commissions in compliance with the guidance promulgated by the Virginia Auditor of Public Accounts.
When not at work, Wes spends his free time with his wife and daughter in Herndon, Virginia. He is actively involved in the community, currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Loudoun Education Foundation
